Susan Davies

From the moment her family doctor found the lump, Susan Davies was in a state of shock and denial.  She had a job she enjoyed, had moved to a city she liked, and had in fact got her life on a path that she felt comfortable with, when she was diagnosed with a highly aggressive form of breast cancer.  She wanted to give up.  But a phone call from her brother changed all that, and she decided she’d fight the cancer with everything she had.

This book chronicles the ups and downs of cancer treatment, the humour Susan found in hospitals and clinics, the bad times and the good.  Her story is an inspiration to all women, whether they know someone with cancer or have survived it themselves.
